The black top path from Woodlake drive to the pool entrance gate will be resurfaced on 04-30-19.  The path has deteriorated and needs to be resurfaced.  The water run off drain has also failed and will be replaced.  This work should only take 1 day.  The path will be blocked off and not available during that time.   

The arborist will be surveying the neighborhood trees Thursday April 25. This is an annual project.

Spring is here, time to get the yards and roofs cleaned up. Refer to the covenants if not sure of requirements.
