Instructions on paying your home owners dues will depend on the bank you use.  However, most banks will have an online bill paying option.  For Woodlake, this online bill payment is just a delivery to our PO Box.  Bank of America for example, has a section in their site that allows you to specify the Woodlake PO Box.  You can set up an automated bill payment and every month, Bank of America cuts a check and ensures that it arrives at the below PO Box.  See the below screenshots for sample instructions using Bank of America’s bill payment option.  Please note that you must use your own last name and your own street address to correctly identify yourself to our Treasurer when it arrives in the PO Box.
