Regarding door to door sales. I spoke with Chief Blair about the matter. Chief Blair has only authorized Edward Jones and Evergreen Tree Cutting for door to door sales. Any others should be brought to the attention of police. Each subject conducting sales must go through a background check, and if approved should have in their possession a permit from the city of University Place.
