Pool maintenance

Hello everyone,

Due to the continuing replastering of the pool & pool house renovations, the pool will not be opening until the end of the second week of June. If the aforementioned processes can be expedited, we will open sooner. At the end of the season, we will extend the pool being open for the number of days it was closed.

Annual Garage Sale and Meeting

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to send out a couple of notes and reminders to everyone on a couple of happenings this spring and summer! Hope this message finds you in good spirits!

* Annual Garage Sale Fri. June 13th & Sat. 14th Sign up forms can be picked up in May at the billboard up at the front entrance.

* The annual meeting will be May 21st (wed) 7pm at Chambers Elementary

89th Street Path Closed for Maintenance

Hello all,

The path from the end of the 89th Avenue street to Chambers Elementary was closed briefly this week for a day or two of maintenance.

Since then, the Path Maintenance completed and is now re-opened.

The Path at the end of 89th that leads to Chambers Elementary has been cleaned out, regraded and a finish coat of compacted gravel has been added for a much need and requested improvement to our neighborhood.

Spring/Summer reminders!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to send out some notes and reminders to everyone on the happenings this spring and summer!  Hope this message finds you in good spirits!

  • As the weather gets nicer, please clean any debris (moss, limbs, needles etc.) off rooftoops
  • Annual Easter egg hunt Sat., April 19th @ 10AM meets in pond parking lot
  • Spring clean-up @ U.P. Refuse April 20th,  Fall clean-up Oct. 19th
  • U.P. Refuse Over sized Brush Day (leave at curbside on recycling day) May 16th & Nov. 14th 6X6X6 pile
  • Annual Garage Sale Fri. June 13th & Sat. 14th ($10 to participate) Sign up forms can be picked up in May at the billboard Aaron made.

Reminders

The HOA is not responsible for your yard waste. Violators who continue to dump their yard waste in common areas (to include islands) will be billed for the clean-up.  Article X.  Permitted and Prohibited Uses (g) No garbage, refuse, rubbish or cuttings shall be deposited on or left on the lot premises unless placed in an attractive container suitably located and screened from public view.  Also, please take down Christmas lights.

Happy New Year

Hello Neighbors,
Hope you had a great holiday and a happy new year!  I just wanted to send a note out to folks about a recent dog attack.  I’ve been informed to give you a heads up that an attack took place in the cul-de-sac straight up the path from the pool.  These dogs could be loose at any given time so please be careful.

Halloween!

Hello everyone,

Happy October and Happy Halloween.  As always, porch lights that are on indicate that trick or treaters are welcome!  Lights off means please do not disturb.  However, please remember how fun it is for the kids to trick or treat and participate if you can!  If you’re planning to go out with your kids, make sure you’ve got well lit gear on or in hands.  Flash lights and glow sticks will work well.  6pm to 8pm are the intended trick or treat times, this will give plenty of time for an early dinner and also courteous for noise such for it to end at 8pm.

Pool closing

Good evening Neighbors,

The surface of the pool has finally failed (the top masonry layer) has began to deteriorate & there is a “hole” in the shallow end. Since this may cause somebody to cut their feet on said area, we have had to close the pool for the rest of the season. Safety must come first, not to mention that continued use will wear more pool surfacing away.
